What building it taught us

  1. 01

    Voice AI in production is an evaluation problem before it is a model problem. Latency, interruption handling and transcript quality decide whether people trust it.

  2. 02

    Cost control has to be designed in. Token accounting per feature, from the first release, is the difference between a product and an expensive demo.

  3. 03

    Privacy enforced by the schema is cheaper than privacy enforced by review. The data model decides what can leak; the policy page only describes it.
