Three kinds of work.

Enterprise application modernization.
Core systems that have carried the business for a decade or more and now need to change faster than they can. We decompose monoliths where it pays, expose the services and data that AI assistants and agents need, and move platforms without stopping the business. AI-driven development makes this work faster than it used to be; we use it for the migration itself, under the controls that production code requires.

AI-SDLC adoption.
Your engineers have AI coding tools. This is the program that turns licenses into throughput: which tool for which team, the workflows that use them well, evaluation so quality is measured rather than assumed, training by role, and the metrics that show leadership whether it worked. We have run this across organizations of thousands of engineers, and the lesson is the same every time - the difference between a rollout that moves the numbers and one that produces unused licenses is never the tool.

Production AI systems.
AI features and agents built to run: retrieval that stays accurate as the corpus grows, evaluation loops that catch drift, cost controls that survive scale, observability that tells you what happened and why, and a privacy architecture that enforces itself. We build and operate Crush Interviews on exactly these foundations; it is the clearest example of the discipline we bring.

ENGAGEMENT

How it runs.

Milestone projects, scoped in writing and gated. A small Centractive team embeds with yours; we work in your repositories, your tooling and your release process. Milestones are reviewed against the plan, and the plan is revised in the open when reality demands it. Engagements typically run a few months; larger modernizations run longer and are staged so value lands along the way.
