PLAN

An AI strategy your engineers will recognize as real.

Most AI strategies are presentations. Ours is a roadmap with named use cases in order of value and feasibility, an investment estimate the finance team can work with, and a plain account of the risks. Written by people who will be able to build it.

DELIVERABLES

What you get.

  • A use-case portfolio: what AI could do for the business, scored on value, feasibility and risk, with the ones not worth doing named too.
  • A sequenced roadmap: what goes first, what it depends on, and what each stage has to prove before the next one starts.
  • Investment and operating model: build versus buy, platform choices, team shape, the cost to run it, and the governance needed to satisfy regulators and the board.

ENGAGEMENT

How it runs.

Four to eight weeks, depending on the size of the organization. Discovery with business and technical leaders, review of systems and data, working sessions to score and sequence, then the written roadmap and an executive readout. Your leadership team is involved throughout; the result is theirs, not ours.

EXAMPLES

Typical scope.

  • A company with several AI pilots under way and no agreed view of which ones matter.
  • A board request for an AI plan with a budget attached.
  • A regulated business that needs the compliance architecture decided before the first system is built.

BOUNDARIES

What it is not.

Plan is not a vendor evaluation dressed up as strategy, and it does not end with a recommendation to hire us. Many roadmaps are executed by the client's own team; some are executed with us under Build.

Where is your AI work stuck?

First calls run 30 minutes over video. We will ask what you are building, what is in the way, and what a good outcome looks like - and tell you plainly whether we are the right people for it.
